TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MANU PARK LODGE
ONLINE PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS:
To confirm your reservation with MANU PARK LODGE, the passenger must send a list of personal data such as full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, occupation and type of food. We also need at least 50% of the total cost of the trip to Manu. After receiving the payment we will confirm all the tickets to the reservation. Next, you will receive a confirmation of the trip reservation from us. The remaining amount must be delivered at least 30 days before the start of the tour at our office in Cusco or Puerto Maldonado.
If you wish to book a tour within 30 days of its start, then you will have to pay the full price of the tour manu, which means 100% of the amount canceled.
Without a confirmed payment there is no legal claim or right on your part to benefit or access the travel services agreed with MANU PARK LODGE.
OUR SERVICES OF MANU PARK LODGE:
In our tour, all the services you will get in your travel to Manu appear in the description. Once you get our booking confirmation we are committed to offering everything that appears in your program. It could be that for unexpected reasons (strikes, weather, etc.) we are forced to change your travel plan to manu. The equipment of each passenger will be taken at your own risk.
In all MANU PARK LODGE travel services, he acts on behalf of his clients. But in certain circumstances such as transportation, hotel accommodation or other reserved tourist services in which we have no direct responsibility; As: losses, delays or interference with the tour due to a strike, jungle climate problems, violence or other incidents that are not within our responsibility, we can not assume any additional responsibility. CANCELLATIONS OF THE TOUR:
In case of cancellation of the trip to the Peruvian jungle, the following expenses will be charged to cover the non-reimbursable services:
1.- Services not used: (No show)
If you can not take some travel services as a result of early return, illness or other reasons, MANU PARK LODGE will endeavor to reimburse the expenses saved, if possible. This effort is not necessary if the services are insignificant or if a refund is contrary to legal or official regulations.
2.- No tickets are used for manu park, food, bus tickets, hotels, transfers can not be returned.
3.- Cancellations / changes of hotels:
If you have booked a hotel / hostel with us MANU PARK LODGE and want to change your hotel reservation, you must contact us at least 45 days before the tour starts (in the case of groups), and 30 days before Begin the tour in the case of individual Reserves.
